Título: Organização e memória institucional: a criação e desenvolvimento do Campus Jaguari do Instituto Federal Farroupilha, as vozes dos ex diretores de ensino em um período histórico (2013-2024)
Resumo em Língua Estrangeira: This study is part of the research line Organization and Memories of Pedagogical
Spaces in Professional and Technological Education (EPT) of the Professional
Master's Program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT), offered by
the Federal Institute Farroupilha (IFFar) – Jaguari Campus. It is also linked to
Macroproject 4 – History and Memories in the Context of EPT. The research aimed to
analyze how the experiences and decisions of current and former directors of
education influenced the creation and development of the IFFar Jaguari Campus, from
2013 to 2024, focusing on their contributions to the institutional organization, the
pedagogical structure, and the construction of the unit's educational identity. The study
sought to document the main phases of the campus's development since its
implementation, establishing relationships between institutional documents and the
accounts of former and current directors of education. Through their memories, this
study sought to understand the importance of the campus's creation and its role in the
region, considering the formative and decision-making processes of the Teaching
Directorate over time. The methodological approach was qualitative, exploratory, and
descriptive, involving documentary research and semi-structured interviews. Data
analysis was based on the Content Analysis technique. As a result, the research
contributed to strengthening the institutional memory and identity of the campus by
highlighting the role of the Teaching Directorate in the constitution and consolidation
of the institutional trajectory. The educational product consisted of a documentary,
constructed based on the narratives of the participants, valuing the history and
institutional memory from the voices of the directors and teaching directors.

Título: Automação do processo de controle integrado de temperatura e tempo de um sistema de queima em mufla para análise de tinta e-coat
Resumo em Língua Estrangeira: This work presents the development of an automation system for integrated temperature and time control in a muffle furnace used for e-coat paint analysis in a metalworking company. The currently manual process has limitations such as the risk of human error, lack of standardization, the need for continuous supervision, and the possibility of variations in laboratory results. To address these demands, the implementation of an automated system based on PLC and HMI was proposed, allowing for precise monitoring of process variables, data storage, creation of heating recipes, and safe equipment operation. The methodology involved bibliographic research, analysis of the existing process, definition of components, development of the technical project, and cost estimation. The expected results include increased reliability, energy efficiency, repeatability of analyses, reduced human intervention, and greater operational safety. The project demonstrates technical and economic viability, as well as alignment with Industry 4.0 guidelines.

Título: Estudo e contribuição ao processo de montagem de painéis elétricos
Resumo em Língua Estrangeira: Electrical panels are fundamental for the distribution, protection, and control of electrical energy, ensuring safety and efficiency in installations. This work presents the main types of electrical panels: distribution, command and control, motor control center, measurement and control, and automation, as well as the components used in their automation and the applicable technical standards. The objective is to gather and synthesize technical information that contributes to improving the assembly process of electrical panels, promoting greater reliability, safety, and quality in installations. This article aims to achieve the following objectives: present the types of panels mentioned, list the main components used in automation, and offer a contribution to the electrical panel assembly process by consolidating standards and technical guidelines.

Projeto de melhoria em uma máquina de corte e solda de plástico

Título: Projeto de melhoria em uma máquina de corte e solda de plástico
Resumo em Língua Estrangeira: This paper presents the development of a prototype model featuring a cleaning roller and waste collection tray for the G4 1100 plastic cutting and welding machine, based on a concept from the company Plaswill. The primary objective is to eliminate the need for daily manual cleaning of the lower pull roller, which accumulates plastic film residue, is difficult to access, consumes significant time, and exposes operators to ergonomic and safety risks. The methodology adopted involved measuring available space, creating 2D drawings, analyzing materials, estimating costs, procuring components (Nema 17 stepper motor, TB6600 driver, and pneumatic actuator), and performing assembly and testing. The proposed system allows the cleaning roller to contact the pull roller during rotation—using a damp Velcro strip treated with degreaser—collecting residue in the tray and automatically returning to the initial position. Aligned with NR-12 safety standards, the prototype demonstrates a viable solution aimed at improving production efficiency, reducing manual interventions, and enhancing safety during the operation of the actual machine.
