The system was designed to meet local needs, enabling companies to post job vacancies in a structured manner and candidates to create and manage their résumés directly on the platform. Developed using React, Node.js, and MongoDB technologies, SEmpre applies Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles to ensure an intuitive and accessible interface. The methodology included interviews with ACI directors for requirements gathering, creation of interactive prototypes using Figma, and modeling of data in a non-relational database tailored to the system's demands. Key challenges included designing a user-friendly interface and opting for a local infrastructure, both of which were overcome with innovative solutions. Tests and validations demonstrated the system's efficiency in optimizing recruitment processes, eliminating manual and decentralized methods. The project aimed to address challenges such as manual control of book loans and returns, as well as difficulties in communication with the students' guardians, by introducing automated features to streamline these processes. Using technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter 4, the system was designed to operate locally, ensuring security and convenience. The relational database of SBI organizes essential information in integrated tables, enabling efficient management of students, books, and loan records. The system's interface was developed with a focus on simplicity and interactivity, including login screens, registration, and a functional internal area. The requirements gathering, carried out through visits to the school and alignment with the education department, ensured that the system was tailored to the specific needs of the school environment. With features such as sending automatic notifications via WhatsApp and generating reports on the collection and loans, the system offers greater control and efficiency to the responsible librarian. The SBI stands out as a practical and accessible solution, contributing to the organization and efficiency of the school library, serving as a pilot model that can be replicated in other institutions in the municipality, with the potential to transform library management in various educational contexts. Based on the Triple Helix theory and Open Innovation concepts, the work focused on implementing technical functionalities, including a RESTful API and database integration, using an iterative approach grounded in feedback from key stakeholders. The methodology involved requirements gathering, technological development, and collaboration with the frontend team to revise interfaces. The results demonstrate the robustness and scalability of the developed functionalities, highlighting the positive impact on bridging theory and practice and strengthening the regional innovation ecosystem. The system was designed to guarantee product specifications, allowing detailed recording of each production, including information about bakeries and producers and generation of unique batch numbers. The implementation applied to the MVC architecture and the CodeIgniter framework involves organization and scalability, although it faced initial challenges due to lack of knowledge of these technologies and the complexity of the business model. As a result, ChecKäse provides efficient and safe production control, promoting the appreciation of Käsekuchen as a local cultural heritage. Future expansions include areas of compliance, document security and automatic notifications.
