dc.description.abstractAs women struggle for insertion and professional advancement in agribusiness, we know that there is female participation in this area. The objective of the work is to quantify the sample of female participation in agribusiness in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The data obtained was provided by SENAR, CREA and CRMV and also by the Lattes platform for CVs within the agrarian area in the national sector and by qualification. The surveys indicated male majority, in SENAR we have a total of 478 professionals, 201 women and 277 men, in CRMV we have 53% registered women and 46.84% men, however in CREA the distinction is 81.86% men and 18, 14% women, out of a total of 79,646 professionals. The Lattes curriculum platform brings undergraduate, master's and doctorate degrees at a national level, overall 54.11% male and 45.89% female, which is within the parameters researched at state level. We concluded that the majority of workers are male.pt_BR

dc.description.resumoHá uma luta das mulheres por inserção e ascensão profissional no agronegócio, mas pouco sabemos da participação feminina nesta área. O objetivo do trabalho é quantificar a amostragem da participação feminina no agronegócio no estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Os dados obtidos foram fornecidos pelo SENAR, CREA e CRMV e também pela plataforma Lattes de currículos dentro da área agrária no setor nacional e por qualificação. As pesquisas indicaram maioridade masculina, no SENAR temos no total 478 profissionais, 201 mulheres e 277 homens, no CRMV temos 53% de mulheres registradas e 46,84% de homens, porém no CREA a distinção é 81,86% homens e 18,14% mulheres, em um total de 79.646 profissionais. A plataforma de currículos Lattes traz em nível nacional, graduação, mestrado e doutorado, no geral são 54,11% masculino e 45,89% feminino, o que está dentro dos parâmetros pesquisados em nível estadual.
